This September and October the Pueblo YMCA is offering flag football and volleyball to elementary students. Information is listed below. Registration forms are available at school.

The Colorado State Library has launched an online video collection of one-minute songs and rhymes for babies, toddlers and preschool children in both English and Spanish. This website shares successful activities as well as literacy tips for parents and day care providers that will engage very young children in fun and playful interactions that also build healthy brain development. Commissioner of Education Dwight D. Jones said, "Having parents engage children in songs, rhymes and language is a proven way for parents to provide the kinds of stimulation that leads to improved success in school."
